All travelers, domestic and international, should continue to follow all CDC travel requirements.

Traveling to Nepal

COVID Test is not required for fully vaccinated passengers.
Passengers entering Nepal from abroad by air or land must submit a certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19. Passengers who are unvaccinated still need to to submit the certificate with a negative report of the Covid-19 test (RTPCR, True NTAAT, Nene Xpert) within 72 hours of starting the journey.

Traveling from Nepal

COVID Test is not required for fully vaccinated passengers.
All non-U.S. citizen who is also nonimmigrant will need to show the certificate with QR CODE of being fully vaccinated against COVID 19 before you travel by air to the United States. All those vaccinated in Nepal need to register online for the vaccine certification. Link below:
